Now, that’s a Superhero kind of statement! Rob, who is certified by the IDEA (Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation) as a Certified Residential Door Systems Technician was promoted to Service Technician in 2009. He was promoted to Senior Technician in 2017. Rob is strong believe in the Precision Garage Door statement “We Believe in repairing the door the day that you call”, and does everything he can to make that happen.
As the Senior Technician, Rob helps with the training of our newest members of the Precision Family. He takes them with him on the road for several weeks, ensuring that their technical and customer service skills are up to our expectations. If there is any free time, he’s great at making sure they have something to do! Rob and Kevin recently showed off their landscaping skills!
When Rob isn’t out trying to ensure that your garage door and/or opener is fixed the same day, you can find him spending time with his wife and children or at a church or Freemason activity.
