What is covered?

 New Garage Doors

We cover all of the moving parts on your door.  The springs, drums, cables, end bearings, center bearings, and rollers are all included in your warranty. The parts we use to install your garage door are high-quality parts that we purchase from specialty manufacturers – not the cheap factory parts that come with the door. Our upgraded parts rarely fail – but if they do, it’s our problem – not yours!

Bionic Rebuild

If you purchased a Bionic Rebuild with the As Long As You Own Your Home Warranty, then all of the parts we replaced are covered for as long as you own your home. Just like with our new garage doors, we are using high-quality parts that rarely fail – and if they do, we are there to fix it.

Automatic Opener

Our PDS openers are covered as well. The motor and the belt rail system are both covered by an Industry Leading 5-year Parts and Labor warranty. The wall button, safety eyes and remotes are covered for one year – these are items that can wear out prematurely due to improper operation and/or accidents.

When isn’t it covered?

Our warranty does not cover damage, abuse or premature failure caused by improper maintenance, driving accidents, weather related events or other “acts of God.”

What if I have a claim?

All of our phones are answered 24/7 by a live person. If you have a problem, all you have to do is call. We will schedule a technician to come to your home and fix the problem. In most cases, we will be able to respond the same day. If you have an emergency situation such as a car trapped in the garage, we have technicians on call that can be dispatched to take care of you.

We do not charge you for parts or labor on a warranty call, and there is no type of service charge either. You are fixed at no charge!!!
